Gary is a lifelong student of kinesiology, anatomy and physiology, beginning his studies in 1995 at the North Eastern Institute of Whole Health in New Hampshire. As a chronic pain sufferer himself, life was renewed when he discovered the healing benefits of massage therapy.
With his 20 years experience as a clinical deep tissue massage therapist, a variety of techniques are used to help unravel your long-term pain patterns and assist in achieving sports goals. When it comes to athletes, it takes one to know one! Having first-hand knowledge of what a body endures with sports training, he applies this experience to massage therapy for your faster recovery and increased quality training.
Even with decades in the massage therapy field working alongside chiropractors, physical therapists, acupuncturists and osteopaths, his wonder never ceases each and every time healing is realized.
